Extended Terms
Regular monthly payments are available for as few as 12 months or as many as 60 months to meet your needs. Special programs are also available that allow you to skip payments during slower business months.

It's easy to apply:
- The customer selects the concrete forming system(s) needed, and provides an estimated bill of material.
- Symons or the Distributor provides a Credit Application with completed Vendor information section (bottom of the form).
- The customer provides the completed Credit Application to Symons with the two most recent Federal Tax Returns or a Financial Statement.
- Symons reviews the Credit Application and provides customer notification within five business days.
- Factory-Authorized Financing documents are prepared for signatures (by company officers) upon credit approval.
- Completed documents authorize the equipment for release and shipment to the customer destination.
