Symons manufactures concrete repair mortars (concrete patching materials) designed to meet the latest Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) ASTM-C-928 specifications. They have been tested and recommended for many D.O.T. projects.

Fast Set 5 and Fast Set 20
(General-Purpose Repair Mortar)

Fast Set 5 and Fast Set 20 are cement-based, general-purpose repair materials available in 5 and 20 minute working times. Fast Set materials can be used for repair on concrete supports, pipes, sidewalks, steps and precast panels. This quick-setting, repair material provides greater flexural and shear bond strength than typical concrete.

DOT Patch and DOT Patch HD
(Rapid-Setting Repair Mortar)

DOT Patch and DOT Patch HD are fast-setting, cement-based repair materials designed to meet many state Department of Transportation repair specifications. They set quickly and minimize traffic detours, making them ideal for pavement, bridge deck, viaduct and highway repairs. They combine excellent compressive strength and fast-setting properties to meet the ASTM-C-928 performance specification for concrete repair.

Vertical Patch
(Non-Sag, Polymer-Modified Repair Mortar)

Vertical Patch is a quick-setting, nonsag, repair mortar for concrete. This single-component, cement-based material is a special polymer-modified formulation that provides excellent bonding properties. It is ideal for deeper vertical or overhead repairs and can be applied up to 2" deep.

Waterstop
(Rapid-Setting Hydraulic Cement)

Waterstop is a blended hydraulic cement that stops water from seeping through cracks and faults in concrete walls and foundations. The material is typically mixed in small quantities and placed directly in concrete cracks with seeping water. It can be used for any void, crack or opening in concrete or masonry.
