The Logo concrete forming system is a high-strength system designed for fast-paced gang form operations. Pre-drilled, edge protected tie holes and quick panel connections make Logo work for you. You can build faster and more efficiently. Time is money and Logo saves time!
Panels and fillers
This metric, modular system consists of a steel frame and a phenolic resin-coated 15mm (5/8") Finnish birch plywood face. The 5mm (3/16") high-tensile profiled flat steel frame provides superior durability. Logo provides the strength, durability and finish needed for most gang forming applications.
With a spacing of 1.62m2 (17.4 ft2) per tie and an allowable design pressure of 60 kN/m2 (1,250 psf), Logo has the strength required for the fast pours common in gang form operations.
Logo forms can be used horizontally or vertically, even within the same gang. Available in 10 widths from 20cm to 90cm (8" to 36"), and heights of 270cm (8.9'), 240cm (7.9'), 135cm (4.4') or 75cm (2.5'), this wide range of panel and filler sizes means that you'll be able to form almost any wall dimension. When combined with inside and outside corners and accessories; pilasters, bulkheads and columns can be formed with standard equipment, minimizing costly job-built forming operations.
The Logo forming system features clamp connections that eliminate the need for wrenches and aligning bars. Setting up or changing the configuration of gangs is quick and simple with these innovative wedge clamps.
Logo has just two clamps that are used for any forming configuration. This reduces confusion, boosts productivity and simplifies operations.
Transitioning
Symons manufactures a Transition Filler that allows contractors to combine the speed of the clamped systems for large, straight sections with the versatility of Steel-Ply® for details and cut-up sections.
