Resi-Ply 1-1/8" plywood forming system is designed especially for residential and low wall industrial concrete construction. Inside and outside wall forms are set at the same time, and as each form is set into place, ties are positioned and locked into place with attached hardware. The attached hardware secures and aligns the forms as work progresses.
The Resi-Ply system features special HDO plywood that protects panels and fillers from moisture. Steel bars with attached hardware are mounted to the plywood and provide the connecting points for ties and hardware. This simple design assures fast, accurate set-up and virtually eliminates lost parts.
The Resi-Ply system consists of more than 150 standard panel and filler sizes, with 3 different bar configurations. When combined with standard corners, ties and hardware, the average residential foundation can be formed and poured the same day.
