Roller Deck System
A high production system designed for producing elevated concrete decks in multi-story structures
The Roller Deck system is a column-mounted system utilizing adjustable anchor clamps for constructing hotels, condominiums, office buildings and other multi-story structures.
It is designed and fabricated to support 50,000 lbs. (22.3 kN) working load. Clear spans of up to 26 feet and a slab depth of 8" can be achieved without conventional shoring! This permits free access for finishing and other trades, and offers unrestricted areas below for material storage.
Other Symons systems for raised slab forming include the Flying Truss forming system and Heavy Duty Shoring Frames. The DeckFast™ system is utilized for smaller projects or when deck configurations are not repetivie.
